Registration and Admission  2011-2012

For registration, complete the registration forms and return to the director with the registration fee.  All checks should be made to Clemmons Baptist Preschool.
 
 Registration Fees:
Toddlers                       50.00
Twos, Threes, Fours     70.00
Four Day 4's and 5's      75.00
 
 Monthly Tuition Fees:                            Toddlers:

  • An Activity fee is charged at the beginning of the year for four and five year classes.
  • Registration fees are not refundable.
  • Registration fees are due upon registration.  Tuition fees are due at the first of each month.  The first tuition payment is due by August 15 to secure your spot.  The second tuition payment is due by September 15.  Tuition is paid monthly nine times.
  • There will be a $10.00 reduction in the monthly tuition for families that have two or more children enrolled.
  • Physical forms are due by September 1.
