HOMEBOUND DEACON COMMUNION MINISTRY

This ministry will consist of five teams, with two to four deacons and at least one member of the Homebound committee per team.  Our  goal is to serve communion to those who cannot attend church.  We will serve using suggested formats.  There will be one team leader with his/her assistants.  When necessary, the deacons may serve without members of the Homebound committee to reach others in our community and church family.
