REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION 2025-26
For registration, complete the registration forms and return to the director with the registration fee. All Checks should be made to Clemmons First Baptist Preschool and mailed to the address above.
REGISTRATION FEES
Toddlers, Twos, Threes, Fours $110.00
MONTHLY TUITION FEES
Two Day Classes $215.00 (Toddlers only)
Three Day Classes $270.00
Four Day Classes $300.00
All classes meet 9:00 am until 12 noon Monday through Thursday.
REGISTRATION FEES are not refundable. The registration fee must be paid to complete registration. Check should be mailed to the above address.
Registration fees are due upon registration. Tuition fees are due the 15th of each month. The first tuition payment is due by AUGUST 15 to secure your spot. The second tuition payment is due by September 15th and the last tuition payment is due April 15. Tuition is divided into nine equal payments and paid nine times.
An ACTIVITY FEE may be charged at the beginning of the year for four year class.
There will be a $20.00 reduction in the monthly tuition for the second child of families that have two or more children enrolled at the same time.
PHYSICAL FORMS are due by August 25. The physician's office must fill them out. All children must be up to date with immunizations.
